| 摘 要： | 为了从有潜力的年青医务人员中培养临床业务专家,上海中医药大学自2001年底启动了“大学后备业务专家培养计划”,通过为期3年的培养,首批后备业务专家已基本完成培养计划,受培养者在医疗、教学、科研等能力均明显提高。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate potential young medical workers to medical experts,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine started "Medical experts in support cultivation plan" since the end of 2001.After three years,the first group of experts have finished their cultivation plan,howing maken great progress in medical practice,teaching,scientific research and so on. |
