摘    要:目的探讨在植皮术中运用新型医用泡沫的临床效果。方法将2014年6月~2015年5月笔者科室收治的58例皮肤软组织缺损患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。两组患者取游离皮片植皮后,研究组运用新型医用泡沫加压引流植皮创面,对照组采取传统医用泡沫加压植皮创面。术后7~9d拆除泡沫装置,对比观察两组手术操作时间、皮片愈合时间、皮片成活率、优良率和术后泡沫装置故障发生率等。结果研究组在节省平均操作时间、缩短皮片愈合时间、减少术后故障发生率、提高皮片成活率、优良率等方面较之对照组有显著优势(P0.05)。结论植皮术联合新型医用泡沫能缩短治疗周期,减少术后并发症,提高植皮成功率,临床效果良好。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of using new medical foam in skin grafting .Methods To-tally 58 cases with skin and soft tissue defect enrolled from Jun .2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group .After skin grafting-the observation group was given the new medical foam for drainage and grafting while the other group was given the traditional medical foam for skin grafting.The device was removed after 7-9 days.The operation time, graft healing time,the survival rate of flap,the excellent and good rate and incidence of postoperative medical foam device failure were observed and com -pared between the two group .Results The observation group had significant advantages in the average operation time,graft healing time,the incidence of postoperative failure-the survival rate of flap and excellent and good rate compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Skin grafting in combination with the new med-ical foam can shorten the treatment cycle , reduce the postoperative complications , and improve the success rate of skin graft with good clinical effect .
