有限内固定结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

目的回顾性研究有限内固定结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法选取笔者医院2010年11月~2015年9月采用克氏针对骨折端进行有限内固定结合外固定架治疗22例桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折,按AO/ASIF分型,C1型4例,C2型10例,C3型8例,通过术后随访检查腕关节功能恢复情况及影像学资料(桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角),评定该方法的疗效。结果本组22例患者均获随访,随访时间4~16个月,按Gartland等评分标准评定,优10例,良9例,可2例,差1例,优良率86.4%。结论有限内固定结合外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折能取得较好的疗效。

Limited internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of distal radius comminuted fractures

Objective To study the clinical effect of limited internal fixation combined with external fixator for the treatment of comminuted distal radius fractures .Methods From Nov.2010 to Sep.2015,limited internal fixation of kirschner wire combined with external fixator was used in the treatment of 22 cases of comminuted distal radius fractuers.According to AO/ASIF classification,there were 4 cases definded as C1,10 cases as C2,and 8 ca-ses as C3.The curing effect was evaluated based on the wrist joint function and imaging materials ( radius height , volar tilt angle,and ulnar inclination angle ).Results All 22 cases were followed up for 4-16 months.According to Gartland evaluation standard,10 cases were excellent,9 cases were good,2 were fair,and 1 was poor,and the ex-cellent and good rate was 86.4%. Conclusion Limited internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of comminuted distal radius fracture is an effective and satisfactory curing method .
