六味地黄汤对生精障碍模型大鼠精子及其血清NO的影响

摘    要:目的:观察六味地黄汤对生精障碍模型大鼠促进生精的作用及其对大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:用醋酸棉酚建造Wistar雄性大鼠生精障碍模型后,用分煎和合煎的六味地黄汤灌胃给药治疗,以市售六味地黄丸和甲基睾酮为对照,计数各组精子数量,观察各组精子的活力,测定大鼠血清NO水平。结果:模型组大鼠的精子数量与六味地黄汤分煎组、六味地黄汤合煎组、市售六味地黄丸对照组、西药对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);各治疗组、对照组的精子活力也显著优于模型组。模型组大鼠血清NO水平与各组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);血清NO水平和精子数量、精子质量基本成正相关。结论:六味地黄汤对生精障碍大鼠有显著的促生精作用,同时可升高大鼠血清NO水平,显著提高大鼠精子的质量。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the influence of Liuwei Di-huang Decoction (LDD) on promoting the generation of sperm in spermatogenic disorder (SD) model rats and its serum NO. Methods: The SD model rates were established by gossypol acetate, the separated decocted LDD and mixed decocted LDD were given for stomach perfusion, the market Liuwei Dihuang Pill (LDP) and methyl testosterone (MT) were used as control, the sperm quantity of various groups were counted, the sperm activity were observed, the level of serum NO of rats were determined. Results: The comparison of sperm quantity of model rat group showed very markedly significant difference with separated LDD group, mixed LDD group, marked LDP group and MT group (P< 0.01); the sperm activity of treatment groups, control groups were markedly superior than model group; the level of sernm NO of model group in compared with other various groups (P < 0. 01) . The level of serum NO, quantity and quality of sperm showed positive correlation basically. Conclusion: LDD can markedly promote the generation of sperm in SD rats, increase the level of serum NO and quality of sperm.
