实性囊性乳头状胰腺癌

报告５例实性囊性乳头状胰腺癌的临床病理特征，结合文献对其进行了分析。临床上，该瘤主要发生在年轻女性，以上腹部无痛性肿块为主要表现，手术可完全切除，预后良好。病理上肿瘤多为囊性实性区并存。囊性区常有出血坏死，镜下以乳头状结构为主，易误为囊腺癌；实性区类似胰岛细胞瘤，常误为无功能性内分泌肿瘤。

Solid-cystic papillary carcinoma of the pancreas

The clinicopathologic characteristics of five cases of solidcystic papillary carcinoma of the pancreas(SPCP)were reported.SPCP,as an increasingly recognized clinicopathologic entity,almost exclusively affectwomen in younger age.Large nontender upper abdominal mass is the main finding at presentation,The prog-nosis is rnuch better than ordinary carcinoma after surgery.Pathologically,SPCP consists of intermixed solidand cystic area which is easily misdiagnosed as either nonfunctional islet celI tumor or as cystadenocarcinomabecause the histology of SPCP mimic these two tumors.Awareness of its existance is very important not onlyfor pathologiests but also for surgeons.
