| 摘 要： | 本文分析了15例骨髓增生异常综合征患者的临床及细胞形态学资料,对8例患者进行了染色体检查和粒系祖细胞培养结果的观察,并初步讨论了疾病的诊断、演变、本质和治疗。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the data of clinical manif stations and cellular morphology from 15 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)are analysed.The results of chromosome examination and granuloid progenitor culture were observed in 8 cases.The diagnosis, development, nature and therapy of MDS have been preliminarily discussed. |
