摘    要:看病难的矛盾已经成为当前社会的热点,仔细分析当前看病难的实质,很多都是医院流程不合理引起的。伴随医院管理层理念的转变,为了更好地为病人服务,流程再造就自然进人了医院。本文通过剖析医院信息不合理流程产生的原因和弊端,并通过分析医院信息流程再造的作用和难点,提出了医院信息流程再造的原则,希望可以为医院同道在进行信息流程再造时提供一些可供借鉴的建议。

Abstract:The inaccessible and unaffordahle of medical service has been the hot topics of the public. Most of the problems come from the unreasonable process. Accompanied by the changing concepts of providing better service to patients, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) comes into hospital management. Problems and causes of unreasonable hospital information BPR are discussed and the functions and difficulties of hospital information BPR are analyzed. The principles of BPR for hospital information are proposed to make some reference for hospital information BPR.
