奶母果水提物对免疫低下小鼠胸腺和脾脏系数的影响

目的观察奶母果对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 120只昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为6组：正常对照组、模型对照组、奶母果高中低剂量组和阳性对照组,采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺法制作免疫功能低下小鼠模型,奶母果低中高三个剂量组分别给予1.517 g/（kg.d）、3.033 g/（kg.d）、6.066 g/（kg.d）奶母果提取物,阳性对照组给予1.820g/（kg.d）淫羊藿提取物,给药10 d,测定胸腺、脾脏系数。结果模型对照组小鼠的胸腺系数、脾脏系数显著低于正常对照组,奶母果3个剂量组及阳性对照组对模型小鼠下降的胸腺、脾脏系数均有升高作用,奶母果中剂量组的作用优于低剂量组和高剂量组。结论奶母果水提取物可升高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺和脾脏系数,从而增强机体免疫功能。

Effects of water extract from ficus pumila L on the thymus index and spleen index in hypoimmunity mice

Objective It is to observe the influence of ficus pumila L on immune function of hypoimmunity mice. Methods sixty male mice and sixty female mice were divided into normal control group, model control group, high, middle and low does drug groups, positive control group, the model was induced by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide. Water extract from ficus pumila was gave for dose of 1. 517 g/（ kg · d）, 3. 033 g/（ kg · d） and 6. 066 g/（ kg · d） in high, middle and low dose drug group respectively, extract from epimedium was gave for does of 1. 820 g/（ kg · d） in positive control group, after treated for 10 days, the thymus and spleen coefficient of hypoimmunity mice were detected. Results The thymus and spleen coefficient of mice in model control group were significant lower than in normal control group. The thymus and spleen coeffi- cient of mice in there drug groups and positive control group were significant rose, and the action of middle does was better than the others. Conclusion Water extracts of ficus pumila L can rise the thymus and spleen coefficient of hypoimmunity mice, so as to increase organism immunity.
