艾迪注射液联合高强度聚焦超声治疗原发性肝癌

摘    要:目的观察艾迪注射液联合高强度聚焦超声治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效及安全性。方法采用随机分组方法,将符合入选标准原发性肝癌患者分为2组,治疗组26例给予艾迪注射液+高强度聚焦超声治疗,对照组24例行单纯高强度聚焦超声治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后瘤体大小、AFP、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞水平、血常规、肝肾功能以及治疗前后临床症状的变化及毒副反应。结果治疗组有效率(CR+PR)77%,对照组58%(P均〈0.05)。治疗后2组AFP均有显著下降(P〈0.01),而治疗组下降程度较对照组更明显(P〈0.01)。治疗后治疗组患者的肝区疼痛、发热、腹胀、纳呆、黄疸等症状改善程度均优于对照组(P均〈0.05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK水平改善程度均显著优于对照组(P均〈0.01)。2组患者治疗中均无明显不良反应。结论艾迪注射液联合高强度聚焦超声可以有效地消灭肿瘤及残癌细胞,增强机体免疫功能,是失去手术治疗机会的中晚期肝癌患者有效治疗方法之一。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the recent effect and safety of Aidi injection combined with high intensity focused ultrasound in treating primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 50 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group (26 cases) and control group (24 cases). The patients were treated with Aidi injection plus high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment group and with high intensity focused ultrasound only in control group. The tumor size, AFP, T lymphocyte subgroup level, NK cell level, blood routine, liver function and kidney function of patients in both groups were observed before and after treatment. The change of clinical symptoms and toxic side effects were observed, too. Results The treated group got the effective rate (CR + PR) 77% , and the control group 58% , there was significant difference between both groups (P 〈 0.05 ). AFP in both groups were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ) , but in the treatment group much lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The improvement of liver pain, fever, windy, inappetence and jaundice significantly in treatment group were better than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement of CD3 + , CD4 +, CD4 +/CD8+ and NK were better than in control group significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). All cases had no obvious side effect. Conclusion Aidi injection combined with high intensity focused ultrasound can not only effectively destroy tumors and residual cancerous cells, but also improve the cellular immune function, so it is effective method in middle-late liver cancer.
