臀肌筋膜挛缩综合征（附13例报告）

报告１３例具有典型症状的臀肌筋膜挛缩综合征，结合临床和有关文献，对其病因、发病机制、手术原则及命名等加以讨论。认为该病发生与Ｃ４降低有关，肌肉注射不过是个诱因。纤维变性涉及多部位软组织，手术过分强调将纤维变性的条索状物完全切除，术后臀部大块瘢痕增生，深部组织粘连，既影响美观，又延长了髋关节功能恢复时间，因该病非单纯运动系疾病，故建议用臀肌筋膜挛缩综合征命名则更为恰当。

Pathogenesis and therapeutic principle or gluteal muscles fascial contracture syndrome: A report of 13 cases

In this paper.13 cases of gluteal muscies fascial contracture syndrome are reported ,and the etiology, pathogenesis, surgical principle and nomenclature are d on the basis of clinical practice and literature review.The authors considered that the pathogenesis was related to C4 lowering and muscular injection was only a g cause; undue stress on complete removal of fibrosed cords could lead to extensive scar proliferation and deep tissue adhesion,which could prolong the recovery time of hip function and affect the cosmesis.Since the disease is not a simple disease of the kinetic system, it was suggested that this disease be named gluteal muscles fascial contracture syndrome.
