高血压病的危险因素分析

目的：探讨与高血压相关的危险因素，重点分析心理行为因素在高血压发病中的作用．方法；随机选择104例高血压患者和82例正常对照，采用A型行为问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表测定行为特征和情绪反应，并分析其与高血压家族史等因素间的交互作用．结果：高血压家族史、A型行为特征、焦虑、抑郁情绪是高血压病的危险因素，诸因素之间存在交互作用．结论：对高血压病的防治要从生物、遗传、环境、心理、行为等多方面着手．

ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS IN HYPERTENSION

Objective: to find out the risk factors of hypertension and analyse mainly the value of psychology, behavior in hypertension. Method: 104 hypertension patients and 82 health individuals as control were selected, to carry out psychometry by type A guestiorn naire and HAD and analyse the correIation within these muItiple factors. Results: family history of hypertension type A behavior'anxiety and depression are risk factors of hypertension and there are correlative function within them. Conclusion: We should pay.attention to biology, heredity'environment,psychology' behavior in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
