延边地区朝鲜族留守青少年健康危险行为现状

目的]对延边地区朝鲜族留守青少年健康危险行为现状进行调查.方法]采取分层整群抽样法,对延边地区1 533名朝鲜族留守青少年进行问卷调查,分析研究对象的健康危险行为.结果]延边地区朝鲜族留守青少年的伤害相关行为、不良饮食行为、吸烟及饮酒等物质成瘾行为、网络成瘾等精神成瘾行为、缺乏运动锻炼行为、不健康性行为等健康危险行为发生率均较高.结论]预防和减少青少年健康危险行为是系统工程,应从生态系统理论的观点出发,应从青少年自身以及其所在的家庭、学校、社区全面系统地进行评估和干预.

The status of health risk behavior for left-behind adolescents in Korean-Chinese of Yanbian area

OBJECTIVE To study the status of health risk behavior for left-behind adolescents in Korean-Chinese of Yanbian area.METHODS The questionnaires survey in left-behind adolescents of Korean-Chinese,Yanbian area were performed by stratified cluster sampling,and the health risk behavior of the objects were analyzed.RESULTS It is higher in left-behind adolescents of Korean-Chinese,Yanbian area that the incidence of health risk behavior,including injury-related behavior,unhealthy dietary behavior,substance addicted behavior such as smoking or drinking,psychological addicated behavior such as internet,inadequate physical activity,unhealthy sexual behavior and so on.CONCLUSION The prevention and reduction of adolescent health risk behavior is a systematic project,and should evaluate and intervene systematically from adolescents themselves,their families,schools and communities by the opinion of ecological system theory.
