三维适形放射治疗对10例恶性肿瘤所致阻塞性黄疸的疗效分析

背景]评价三维适形放射治疗对恶性肿瘤所致阻塞性黄疸的治疗价值.病例报告]给10例恶性肿瘤引起的阻塞性黄疸患者进行三维适形放射治疗,单次剂量为200cGy,共22～25次,每日照射1次,每周5次,总剂量为4 400～5 000cGy.放射治疗后3个月时复查CT检查表现,安全缓解为1例,部分缓解为7例,无变化为2例,总有效率为80%(8/10),黄疸消退率为100%;不良反应主要为轻度的恶心、呕吐和乏力.讨论]三维适形放射治疗对恶性肿瘤引起的阻塞性黄疸疗效较好,不良反应轻.

Analysis of the curative effects of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy on the 10 cases of obstructive jaundice in malignant tumor

BACKGROUND To evaluate therapeutic value of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy on the obstructive jaundice in malignant tumor.CASE REPORTS 10 patients with obstructive jaundice induced by malignant tumor were treated with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy.They were received 200 cGy per day for 22~25 times,one days,five times for a week with the total dosage of 4 400~5 000 cGy.Radiotherapy after 3 months review CT,1 case was CR,7 cases were PR,and 2 cases were NC,the total effective rate was 80%（8/10）,jaundice subsidies rate was 100%.The main side effects for mild nausea,vomiting and fatigue.DISCUSSION The curative effects of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy on the obstructive jaundice in malignant tumor are good and its side-effect are light.
