摘    要:目的调查分析遵义医学院大学生营养知识的掌握情况,探讨在医学院校非营养专业学生中设置营养相关课程的必要性。方法以横断面研究方式,对我校7个非营养专业的510名医学生进行匿名式问卷调查。结果非营养专业的医学生对铁、钙的食物来源以及奶类提供营养素的知晓率低于60%,对“低纤维膳食相关疾病”的知晓率最低,仅为38.8%,以上结果男女问无统计学差异(P〉0.05);女同学对“高脂肪膳食相关性疾病”知晓率为81,14%,男同学为68.26%,男女问差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。结论非营养专业医学生基本营养知识掌握情况差,非营养专业没置营养相关课程非常必要。

The necessity of nutrition subject reform according to nutritive knowledge investigation among medical students

Abstract:Objective to investigate the degree that college students master the knowledge in nutrition in Zunyi Medical College, we explore the necessity, which arrange nutrition-relative subject to non-nutritive major students in medical colleges. Methods we issued questionnaires to 510 students in 7 non-nutritive special fields, who were asked to fill in these forms anonymously. Results the awareness rate for non-nutritive major students below 60% about Iron,Calcium' food origin and nutrients provided by milk, the awareness rate (38.8%) is lowest about low dietary fiber diseases, these results present no statistic significance between male and female students (P 〉0.05),the awarenes's rates related to high-fat diet diseases for female and male students are 81.14% and 68.26% respectively, there is no statistic significance between male and female students(P〈0.001 ). Conclusions the degree that non-nutritive major students master the knowledge in nutrition is very low, it is necessary for non-nutritive major students to arrange nutrition-relative subjects in medical colleges.
