| 摘 要： | 目的:评价足三里穴穴位注射对胃癌终末期镇痛作用的效果.方法:将胃癌终末期疼痛患者120例随机分为三组,A组足三里穴穴位注射度冷丁;B组单纯针刺足三里;C组度冷丁臀部肌肉注射,观察三组止痛效果并进行比较.结果:三组总有效率分别为:A组93.0%,B组71.8%,C组60.5%.A组镇痛效果明显优于其他两组(P＜0.01).结论:度冷丁穴位注射对胃癌终末期疼痛镇痛效果较好,镇痛效果优于其它两组(P＜0.01).

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the abirritation of Zusanli point injection on late gastric carcinoma.Methods:120 cases of late gastric carcinoma with pain were randomly divided into 3 groups, A group being injected dolantin, B group acupunctured in Zuosanli simply and C group injected dolantin in hip.Their abirritations were observed and compared respectively.Results: The total effective rates in the three groups were 93.0% in A group, 71.8% in B group and 60.5% in C group respectively. Conclusion:Dolantin with point injection has obvious abirritation on throe due to late gastric carcinoma ( P <0.01). |
