鼻用皮质类固醇对鼻息肉中p53表达的影响

目的探讨鼻腔局部应用激素布地奈德(budisonide)对鼻息肉组织中p53表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学染色,观察比较经布地奈德喷鼻治疗10～12周鼻息肉组织(20例)和未治疗鼻息肉组织(20例)中p53蛋白的表达状况。结果治疗组p53表达率为15.0%,未治组p53表达率为65.0%,2组的表达率差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组鼻息肉组织中p53表达显著低于未治组。结论糖皮质激素可能通过抑制p53的表达而发挥其凋亡诱导作用。

Effects of intranasal budesonide on the expression of p53 in nasal polyps

[Objective] To investigate the effect of intranasal glucocorticoids treatment on the expression of p53 nasal polyps. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine p53 expression in nasal polyps from patients with topical steroids treatment for 10~12 weeks (n =20) and untreated patients (n =20). [Results] The rate of p53 expressing cases was 15.0% in nasal polyps from topical steroid treated patients, but in untreated patients, the rate of p53 expressing cases was 65.0%. There were significant differences between two groups (P <0.05). The p53 expression was remarkably downregulated in nasal polyps from topical steroid treated patients compared to untreated patients. [Conclusions] The results showed that glucocorticoids may induce cell apoptosis in nasal polyps by depressing the p53 expression.
