| 摘 要： | 急性左心衰竭是由于急性心脏病变引起左心射血功能急速下降,导致肺循环压力急剧升高,出现以急性肺水肿为特征的病理生理综合征,发病急而重,及时、正确的诊断和治疗非常重要。近年来,急性左心衰竭的临床诊断方法和治疗手段取得了很大进展,本文对急性左心衰竭的诊断模式和治疗方法予以综述。

| Abstract: | Acute left heart failure is a pathophysiological syndrome characterized by acute lung edema,which results from suddenly increased pressure of pulmonary circulation caused by rapidly decreased ejection function of left heart. It is very important to diagnose and treat it correctly in time because of its onset with emergency and severe. In recent years,there is a great promotion in its clinical diagnostic and therapeutic methods. So, this article reviews the diagnositic mode and therapeutic methods of acute left heart failure. |
