摘    要:目的 通过对脊髓损伤后不同时间进行嗅鞘细胞移植治疗产生的不同效果进行比较 ,从而选择细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的最佳时机。方法 将 2 0只SD大鼠分成 3组 ,制成脊髓半切洞模型 ,第 1组予损伤后即刻移植细胞 ,其余 2组分别予伤后 2周和 4周移植等量的细胞 ,每组动物均饲养 1月后处死 ,观察比较治疗前后动物不同时间的神经功能评分 ,应用HRP TMB神经示踪计数伤侧中脑红核大细胞的数量 ,间接评价脊髓轴索再生的程度。结果 无论是神经功能评定还是中脑红核大细胞计数结果 ,伤后 2周和 4周组的动物均优于伤后即刻移植组 ,差异有显著性 ( P <0 0 5 ) ,伤后 4周组要优于 2周组 ,但 2组间差异无显著性。结论 脊髓损伤后延期进行细胞移植效果要优于伤后即刻移植

Abstract:Objective: To select optimal chance to cure SCI with cell transplantation by comparison between three different transplantation occasions after SCI. Methods: 20 adult female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups to make hemisection hole model of spinal cord. The animals of the first group transplanted OECS as soon as they suffered injury. While the animals of the second and the third group transplanted equivalent cells 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively after they were operated, All of animals would be put to death 1 month later. their nervous function was eualuated in various occasion after they suffered from injury. Meanwhile we calculated the quantities of red nucleus great cells of midbrain to evaluate regenerated extent of spinal cord axons indirectly. Results: The two methods of assessment above-mentioned indicated the results of the second and the third groups were superior to the one of the first group. There were significant differences between the three groups. Conclusion: The effect of delaying cell transplantation is superior to operate immediately after injury.
