| 摘 要： | 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中细胞凋亡抑制蛋白存活素（Survivin）的表达与其预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术对100例手术标本Survivin的表达状态进行检测。结果 100例NSCLC石蜡标本中Survivin阳性率为63％，在不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中，Survivin阳性率的差异有显著性（P〈0．05），而与组织学类型和分化程度无关。多因素COX回归显示：Survivin是NSCLC患者预后的独立预测因子。Survivin阳性患者手术后死亡的相对危险度是Survivin阴性患者的1．86倍；（似然比检验，P〈0．05）。结论 Survivin表达状态是NSCLC患者预后的独立预测因子，Survivin阳性表达的肺癌患者预后不良。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationships between the expression of survivin and the prognosis of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of Survivin in 100 cancer specimens were determined by means of immunohistochmistry.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin in NSCLC was 63%.The expression of survivin was significantly associated with pathologic-TNM stage and lymph nodal metastases (P<0.05),but not with histologic subtype and differentiation.COX regression showed that Survivin was the independent prognostic factor for the prognosis of NSCLC.The risk ratio of death in Survivin positive patients was 1.86 time of that of negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin expression is the independent prognostic factor of clinical outcome,and its positive expression indicates the poor prognosis. |
