血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌快速"两步一补"鉴定方法

目的 研究血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（CNS）的生化反应特性，建立一种血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌快速“两步一补”鉴定方法。方法 对临床分离的CNS菌株，运用“两步一补”法进行鉴定，然后随机抽取一定量的菌株，经双盲法用法国梅里埃API Staph试条进行复核。结果 该方法4h内能鉴定出54．8％的CNS，24h能鉴定出96．3％的CNS，48小时内能鉴定出全部CNS。随机抽取的80株CNS经过API Staph试奈进行复核，符合率100％。结论“两步一补”法鉴定CNS具有快速简单、准确可靠及成本低廉等优点，更适合基层医院推广应用。

"Two steps with one supplement" method for rapid identification of Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci

[Objective] To study biochemical characteristics of Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci (CNS) and develop a "two steps with one supplement" method for rapid identification of CNS species. [Method] The clinical Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci isolates were identified firstly by the "two steps with one supplement" method. From them a certain number of identified species were chosen randomly to be checked again using API Staph (bioMerieux, France) method. [Results] Using the "two steps with one supplement" method 54.8% of the CNS isolates were identified in 4 h, 96.3% were identified in 24 h and 100% in 48 h. The result of the 80 isolates identified again by API Staph method was 100% in agreement with previous. [Conclusion] The "two steps with one supplement" method for identification of CNS is reliable, simple rapid, and inexpensive. It is therefore advantageous to be used widely in common hospitals.
