社区卫生“有效工时”绩效考核的实践与探索

摘    要:对社区卫生机构实施"收支两条线"管理运行机制改革,建立和完善岗位工资、绩效工资分配制,改变原有"多收多得"分配办法,以有效工时为主要的绩效考核指标,实行"多劳多得、优劳优得"分配的新机制,调动了职工的积极性,有效地促进了社区公共卫生服务开展。
