| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要慢性并发症之一,因其成因复杂且危害大被广泛关注.研究发现,螺内酯无论是单独使用还是与肾素-血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和(或)血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂联合使用都有降低糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白的作用,其机制可能与降低肾小球滤过率有关.基础研究发现螺内酯有抗炎、抗纤维化、抗氧化和抑制肾脏局部醛固酮合成酶(CYP11B2)基因的过度表达等作用.

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy has been studied intensively because it is complicated and harmful to people widely. The antialbuminuric effect of spironolactone on diabetic nephropathy (DN) has been explored ether alone or combined with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist to treat patients with DN. And the decrease of estimated glomerular filtration rate induced by spironolactone was thought to possible mechanism. Experimental studies showed that spironolactone might exerted renoprotective effects through its anti-inflammation, anti-fibrosis, antioxidation and inhibition of the hyperglycemiainduced overexpression of CYP11B2 in the kidney. |
