| 摘 要： | 目的:评价神经节苷脂(GM1)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:将84例确诊为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的患儿入院时随机分为治疗组46例和对照组38例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂,观察2组临床症状、体征恢复情况及治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后和生后28d由专人进行NBNA评分,并进行随访。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95.65%和81.58%(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗1个疗程后NBNA评分分别为(35.1±1.1)和(33.8±1.6)(P<0.05),治疗2个疗程后NBNA评分分别为(36.4±1.3)和(34.1±2.5)(P<0.05);生后28d的NBNA评分分别为(38.2±1.8)和(34.2±2.0)(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂对HIE有明显疗效。
