| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会。方法采用经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗腰椎间盘突出症86例,术前、术后予以精心、细致的护理及正确的功能锻炼指导。结果所有患者经过精心、细致护理及功能锻炼指导,护理效果满意。结论对于经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,精心、细致的护理及正确的功能锻炼指导能减轻患者痛苦,防止并发症,促进患者早日康复。
