| 摘 要： | 目的观察研究自拟中药方"糖痹健"治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法治疗组30例DPN患者,采用中药自拟方"糖痹健"治疗,对照组20例,采用营养神经药物弥可保(甲钴胺)治疗。结果治疗组的症状改善明显,周围神经传导速度(NCV)明显改善,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖痹健治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of self designed diabetes decoction named Tangbijian on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Thirty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were the group of Tangbijian decoction,the other twenty cases were the control group,with mecobalamin injection.The effect of the two groups were compared with the means.Results The patients in group of Tangbijian decoction got obviously better results than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Tangbijian therapy is effe... |
