循征沟通技巧在糖尿病教育和提高护士职业价值中的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究循征沟通技巧在糖尿病教育以及对护士职业价值的影响。方法将98例2型糖尿病患者按时间分成2组。对照组48例患者接受一般的健康教育;实验组50例患者接受护士循征沟通技巧的健康教育。比较2组患者的健康教育达标率(基础知识、饮食治疗、运动治疗、血糖监测、药物治疗、足部护理、预防低血糖);比较2组患者经护士循证沟通技巧下健康教育后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿糖的控制情况以及护士实施循证沟通技巧前后对工作满意度情况。结果实验组接受循征沟通后,健康教育达标率较对照组显著升高;实验组在研究后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿糖的数值较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);护士自身对工作满意度大幅提高。结论循证沟通技巧在糖尿病教育和提高护士职业价值中起着举足轻重的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of communication skills on diabetes education on enhancing nurses′ professional value.Methods Ninety-eight cases of Type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups based on time,with control group 48 patients who accepted the general health education and experimental group 50 patients who accepted the nursing in the communication skills of health education.Comparison of two pools of the patients′ health education in basic knowledge,diet and exercise for medical treatment and monitoring and blood sugar,drug treatment and the treatment,prevention and low blood sugar.Results The experimental group who accepted in the communication and health education has a significant increase in the controls.The experimental group in research on an empty stomach after meals,when blood sugar and blood sugar,fructose two hours of hemoglobin GLU values,has more significant decline.And nurses′ job satisfactoriness greatly increased.Conclusion Communication techniques permitted in diabetes education and in increasing the value of professional education plays a prominent role.
