| 摘 要： | 目的评估凝血酶在上消化道出血时的疗效。方法将176例上消化道出血的病人随机分成采用治疗组和对照组。观察两组患者的总有效率、症状体征改善情况及副作用。结果治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率71.24%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 口服凝血酶止血在治疗上消化道出血方面安全有效,值得推广使用。
