| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者术后术腔的护理。方法术后注意术腔出血的观察及护理,注重疼痛不适的护理,重视术腔处理的重要性,做好鼻腔用药、鼻腔冲洗、鼻腔换药的护理,防止术腔粘连。结果 104例鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者术后无并发症发生,进行术腔清理及随访6～18个月以上,均获得满意效果。结论鼻内镜下行鼻窦手术,同时术后配合以积极而完善的术腔护理及出院后的延续护理,可有效提高手术效果,减少复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ways for nursing intraoperative cavity after nasal en-doscopic surgery about chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods To observe the patients′bleed-ing in intraoperative cavity and the degree of pain;pay attention to the important nursing of intraop-erative cavity: applying the drugs and washing of the nasal cavity,to prevent adhesion in intraopera-tive cavity.Results After follow-up 6 to 18 months,postoperative complications do not happen in 104 cases of endoscopic nasal sinus surgery.Conclusion For the patient who has been applied with nasal endoscopic sinus surgery,positive,perfect and continuous nursing care is very important since it can increase the operation effect and reduce the recurrence too. |
