宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜增生准确性1196例分析

目的评价我院宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜增生的准确性。方法对2003年1月~2008年12月,因异常子宫出血或B超常规检查异常的1 196例患者依年龄和绝经状态分为3组(生育年龄组、围绝经期组和绝经期组),对患者宫腔镜检查及内膜病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果 3组患者宫腔镜检查结果显示,对内膜增生总的诊断敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度分别为26.6%、90.8%、60.7%、69.8%和68.4%。结论 依照该诊断标准,宫腔镜对子宫内膜增生诊断价值有限,组织病理学检查必不可少。

Accuracy of hysteroscopic diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia
