| 摘 要： | 目的探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内支架植入术的手术配合及护理。方法对34例行主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内支架植入术的患者进行术前、术中、术后的护理。术前护理重点是严密监测生命体征,及时镇静止痛;术中及术后要注意观察意识、血压、血流情况及尿量变化,及时发现手术并发症,术前后加强心理护理及健康宣教。结果所有患者均在手术配合及护理下成功植入主动脉支架,症状明显缓解后好转出院。结论在主动脉夹层动脉瘤的支架植入术中,合理的手术配合及护理尤为重要。
