| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术与开腹胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的围手术期护理方法。方法对内镜组和开腹组患者进行护理对照,并对比分析两组围手术期各项观察指标。结果内镜组手术时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、止痛剂使用次数、平均住院日、术后并发症发生率均少于开腹组;内镜组术中失血量、长期生存率与开腹组无明显差异。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期胃癌与传统开腹胃癌根治术相比较,具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,同时,减少了护理工作量,降低了治疗成本,给患者带来很大利益。
