| 摘 要： | 目的观察异甘草酸镁对于自身免疫性肝炎肝硬化失代偿期炎症活动的控制作用。方法选择我院2007年3月~2010年8月期间收治的自身免疫性肝炎或重叠综合征的患者88例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组(n=44)用异甘草酸镁(天晴甘美)200 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,对照组(n=44)采用复方甘草酸苷200 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,分别连用3周。结果 2组疗效均显著,肝功能生化指标及免疫学指标与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗结束后生化指标下降程度2组相比也有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),实验组明显优于对照组。结论 异甘草酸镁对于控制自身免疫性肝炎肝硬化失代偿期炎症活动有显著作用,且优于复方甘草酸苷,对于这部分患者可推广应用。
