| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉对急性心肌梗死(AMI)溶栓后再灌注损伤的影响。方法 69例AMI患者被随机分为治疗组(n=35)与对照组(n=34)。观察2组再灌注心律失常发生率、溶栓后动态血清酶学、治疗后的心功能测定。结果两组治疗后再灌注心律失常发生率、动态血清酶学、左室射血分数均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 依达拉奉具有降低AMI溶栓后心肌再灌注损伤的作用,并能改善近期心功能。
