| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿德福韦酯胶囊(名正)在治疗失代偿期肝硬化中的临床意义和应用价值。方法对48例失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者分为2组,初治患者口服阿德福韦酯胶囊(名正)10 mg/d,空腹服用,耐药患者在继续服用拉米夫定的基础上加用阿德福韦酯胶囊10 mg/日,联合用药12个月。结果 2组患者用阿德福韦酯治疗后,各项指标明显改善。结论 2组患者经阿德福韦酯治疗后,血清白蛋白明显提高,并发症减少,肝功能显著改善,HBV-DNA复制得到抑制。
