| 摘 要： | 目的探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)在治疗四肢软组织损伤中的应用效果及护理体会。方法采用VSD治疗四肢软组织损伤21例。结果 21例患者经VSD治疗后,18例创面肉芽生长新鲜血循环良好,细菌培养均阴性,行游离植皮或直接缝合后创面修复。3例发生创面感染,行多次引流,皮瓣转移后创面修复成功。结论 VSD治疗四肢软组织损伤可减少换药次数,有效地避免了交叉感染,缩短住院时间。护理重点是保持负压引流通畅和加强营养。

| Abstract: | Objectives To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) of treatment for soft tissues injury and nursing strategies.Method Twenty-one cases with defect of extremities soft tissue were treated with VSD.Results In all patients after treatment,eighteen cases had better results,with fresh granulation growing in the surface of wound,and with no bacterial growth by bacterial culture.So these patients had been cured by free skin graft or immediate saturation.Three wound cases were infected,and also had b... |
