肝脏移植术后患者医嘱依从性观察与对策

目的观察肝脏移植患者出院后对医嘱依从性的状况以及医嘱依从性对移植肝功能的影响。方法通过对86例肝脏移植术后患者的随访,记录其性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、肝病类型、是否按医嘱要求服药、复查、不依从医嘱的原因等。结果肝脏移植术后患者对医嘱的依从率为41.86%,主要原因有药费贵且需长期服用,其次是交通不便、家属的支持督导和心理疾病。依从性好的患者总体1年成活率可达86%,而依从性差的为54%,经χ2检验,医嘱依从性好对疗效影响显著(P<0.01)。结论提高患者对医嘱的依从性,可以保证移植肝的功能,提高患者的远期存活率。

Liver transplantation in patients with medical advice after observation and compliance measures

Objective To observe the liver transplant patients after discharge status of compliance on the doctor′s advice and medical advice compliance function of the transplanted liver.Methods 86 cases of liver transplantation on patients were chosen.Follow-up interviews,sex,age,occupation,education,type of liver disease,are required by doctor for medication review,the reasons for non-compliance to medical advice are analyzed.Results On medical advice after liver transplantation in patients with 41.86% compliance rate,and the main reasons you need long-term use of drugs, followed by inconvenient transportation,supervision and support of family mental illness.Good patient compliance year overall survival rate of 86%,and poor compliance was 54%,by χ2 test,doctor′s advice on compliance and good curative effect was significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions Improve ment of compliance of patients to medical advice can ensure graft function and improve long term survival of patients.
