| 摘 要： | 目的观察精细药液过滤器对预防血栓通注射液引起输液疼痛、静脉炎和其它不良反应的效果。方法将采用血栓通注射液治疗的心脑血管疾病患者200例分为两组,分别采用精细药液过滤器和普通输液器输注血栓通注射液,对比发生输液疼痛、静脉炎及其它不良反应的发生比例及程度。结果采用精细药液过滤器输注血栓通注射液,使输液疼痛、静脉炎及其它不良反应的发生率及程度明显降低。结论使用精细药液过滤器输注血栓通注射液效果良好。
