| 摘 要： | 目的观察聪灵胶囊对血管性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响,分析聪灵胶囊改善血管性痴呆学习记忆能力的作用机制。方法采用永久性结扎双侧颈总动脉法复制大鼠血管性痴呆模型,聪灵胶囊大、中、小3个剂量组灌胃给药30d观察学习记忆能力后,测定脑组织AchE活性。结果聪灵胶囊大剂量组可改善AchE活性,与模型组比较显著性降低。结论聪灵胶囊可通过改善AchE活性,从而改善血管性痴呆学习记忆能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Congling Capsule(CLC) on acetylcholinesterase(AchE) activity after cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods The animal model of vosenlar dementia(VD) was produced by permanent occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries of rats.Three-different doses of the drug were fed to the experimental rats for 30days,respectively.Changes of the activity of AchE in cortex and hippocampus were observed by means of spectro photometry.Results CLC could reduce AchE activity in cortex and hippocampus.Conclusion CLC can improve the ability of learning and memory of rats with VD by moduceting the activity of AchE. |
