两种吸痰方法在人工气道吸痰中的效果观察

目的 观察两种吸痰方法在人工气道吸痰中的效果.方法 将47例建立人工气道的呼吸衰竭患者随机分为观察组(22例)和对照组(25例),分别采用试验吸痰法和常规吸痰法吸痰,对两种方法的吸痰效果、24h吸痰次数、吸痰总量以及并发症的发生率进行对比研究.结果 观察组吸痰效果、24h吸痰次数、吸痰总量以及并发症的发生率与对照组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 对建立人工气道的呼吸衰竭患者采用试验法吸痰可以减少日吸痰次数及痰量,降低并发症的发生率,提高人工气道护理质量,可在临床推广应用.

Observation on the effects of two different methods for sputum drainage in the artificial airway

Objective To observe and compare the effects of two different sputum drainage methods in the artificial airway. Methods 47 respiratory failure patients with the artificial airway were divided two groups: the experimental group (22 cases) and the control group (25 cases). The experimental sputum drainage method and the routine sputum drainage method were applied in the two groups, respectively. The effects of sputum drainage, the times and the quantity of sputum drainage in 24 hours and the rate of complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results There were significantly differences in the effects of sputum drainage, the times and the quantity of sputum drainage in 24 hours and the rate of complications between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions For the respiratory failure patients with the artificial airway, the experimental sputum drainage method can reduce the times and the quantity of daily sputum drainage, decrease the rate of complications, and improve the nursing quality of artificial airway. So it can be widely applied in the clinical practice.
