尿酸与慢性心力衰竭心功能的关系探讨

摘    要:目的探讨尿酸与慢性心力衰竭心功能及药物疗效的关系。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者60例为观察组,体检为健康者为60例为对照组,观察组给予利尿剂、扩血管药物、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂,依病情应用β-受体阻滞剂、强心剂。检测对照组及观察组治疗前后血清尿酸、肌酐及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组在治疗前血清尿酸较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),治疗前血清尿酸随心功能加重逐渐增高,经相关分析尿酸与血浆BNP呈正相关。观察组经治疗后血尿酸较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论尿酸可随心功能加重逐渐增高,可作为评价心功能严重程度及药物疗效的一个指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation of serum uric and caidiac function and the effect of treating.Methods 60 cases with chronic heart failure were taken as observation grouop,60 healthy cases were taken as concrol grouop.The observation grouop were given the medicine of treating chronic heart failure.the serum uric acid,creatinine and BNP of the concrol group and the observation were measured.Results The serum uric acid levels of the observation group were significantly highter than throse in the concrol group(P0.05),The serum uric acid levels of before treating of the observation group were increased with severity of chronic heart failure.Correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid correlated with BNP.The serum uric acid were significantly decreased behind treating of the observation group compared with throse before of treating.Conclusion Serum uric acid levels are increased with severity of chronic heart failure and a indicator of assulation the severity and treatmeng of chornic heart failure.
