雾化吸入布地奈德联合氨溴索治疗小儿急性喉炎的疗效观察

目的:观察布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法:72例急性喉炎患儿分为两组,观察组34例,对照组38例,两组均给予相同的综合治疗。观察组(34例)给予布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗;对照组(38例)仅给予甲泼尼龙静滴。然后对两组主要症状(喉鸣、声音嘶哑、犬吠样咳嗽等)消失时间及治疗3d后疗效进行比较。结果:观察组主要症状消失时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿急性喉炎采用布地奈德联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗比单纯甲泼尼龙静脉注射见效快,疗效好,不良反应少。

Therapy Review of Nebulized Budesonide Combined with Ambroxol in Treatment of Childhood Acute Laryngitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safely of aerosol inhaled budesonide combined with ambroxol for children with acute laryngitis.Methods:72 children with acute laryngitis were allocated to two groups.34 cases in observe group;38 cases in control group.All these children were based on the same synthetic therapy.The children in observed group(34 cases) were cured with aerosol inhalation of budesonide with air compress pump nebulizer,and others in control group(38 cases) were given methylprednisolone intravenous drip.And then the extinction time of the main symptoms(such as laryngeal stridor,hoarseness,barking cough) and the curative effects in two groups were compared.Results:The time of symptoms and physical symptoms disappering in the observe group was obviously shorter than the control group.The healing rate in the observe group was obviously higher than the control group,the difference of which all had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of aerosol of budesonide combined with ambroxol for children with acute laryngitis has greater efficacy and fewer side effects than the treatment of methylprednisolone intravenous drip.
