| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者术后皮下积液的发生原因及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月-2012年1月204例乳腺癌患者行传统手术方法与改良手术方法对术后皮下积液产生的影响。结果:对照组98例患者中,21例发生皮下积液,发生率为21.4%;改良组106例患者中,9例发生皮下积液,发生率为8.5%。发生皮下积液者,经采取相应措施,均获得治愈。结论:改良手术方法可以显著降低乳腺癌患者术后皮下积液的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the causes and prevention measures of subcutaneous hydrops in patients with breast cancer after radical operation.Methods:The effect of traditional operation and modified operation to postoperative subcutaneous hydrops in 204 patients with breast cancer from January 2007 to January 2012 was analyzed retrospectively.Results:In control group and modified group,the incidence of subcutaneous hydrops were 21.4%(21/98) and 8.5%(9/106)respectively.After the corresponding measures were taken,all have been cured.Conclusion:Modified operation can decrease significantly postoperative subcutaneous hydrops in patients with breast cancer. |
