上腹部手术后胃动力性排空障碍的临床研究

目的探讨腹部手术后单纯性胃动力性因素引起的胃排空障碍的病因、发生机理、临床诊断、治疗措施及预防。方法总结近10年来我院上腹部手术后32例典型的胃动力因素引起的胃排空障碍的临床资料的回顾研究。结果本组32例患者均经过胃镜和胃钡餐X线检查证实为动力性胃排空障碍,发生在术后3～7d,经过7～45d保守治疗,胃的蠕动功能恢复,胃的排空障碍消失,患者康复出院。结论上腹部手术后胃动力性排空障碍,保守治疗效果良好,一般无需手术干预。

Emptying of gastric motility after abdominal operation on clinical research

Objective of isolated Gastric motility after abdominal operation factors of gastric emptying of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Methods Over the past 10 years after upper abdominal surgery in our hospital caused by 32 cases of gastric motility factors typical clinical retrospective study of gastric emptying. Results In 32 patients of this group through the gastroscope and perspective of stomach Barium meal examination confirmed that as the power of gastric emptying, 3~7 days after surgery, after 7~45 days of conservative treatment, gastric peristalsis recovery, the emptying of stomach disappeared, patients discharged from hospital. Conclusion Of dynamic delayed gastric emptying after abdominal surgery, conservative treatment effect is good, without surgical intervention.
