| 摘 要： | 采用原位分子杂交技术分别检测随机选择的40例不明原因持续肝功能异常患者外周血单个核细胞和其肝组织中HBV DNA,肝组织中HBV DNA阳性24例,阳性率为58%;外周血单个核细胞中HBV DNA阳性18例,阳性率为45%;两者比较,差异无显著性(x2=2.10,P＞0.05).对肝组织和外周血单个核细胞进行HBVDNA检测,有助于诊断隐性HBV感染.

| Abstract: | To detect HBV DNA in the liver tissues and peripheral blood monocyte of the 40 cases patients with an undefined reason and extend abnormal state in liver function. collected by random sampling method by the in situ molecular hybridization technique. In such cases,there was 24 cases with positive expression of HBV DNA in the liver tissues, the rate of positive expression was 58% ,and there was 18 cases with positive expression of HBV DNA in peripheral blood monocyte, the rate of positive expression was 45 % . The compare between them was not a significant difference (x2 = 2.10,P>0.05). Detecing HBV DNA in the liver tissues and peripheral blood monocyte can diagnose the hidden infection by HBV. |
