常用抗精神病药的安全使用与临床探讨

目的:探讨抗精神病药毒副反应和禁忌证对精神病临床治疗的影响,合理使用药物、保障用药安全提高医疗质量。方法:根据国内外有关文献对常用抗精神病药毒副反应和禁忌证进一步认识和了解,分析其临床使用中遇到的的各种问题。结果:精神疾病属慢性病需要长期使用抗精神病药,在临床应用中发现抗精神病药的毒副反应、禁忌证和药源性疾病困扰着疾病的可持续治疗。结论:在精神病的长期药物治疗过程中确掌握抗精神病药理论知识、合理选择和使用抗精神病药,对降低药物的毒副反应、避免药源性疾病的发生,保障患者用药、安全有效具有极其重要的意义。

Clinical Discussion on the Safe Use of Common Antipsychotic Drugs

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effects of toxic reactions and contraindications of common antipsychotic drugs on the clinical treatment,and to discuss the rational use of these drugs to ensure their safe use and improve therapeutic efficacy.METHODS: The common problems occurred in the clinical use of antipsychotic drugs were analyzed by reviewing the pertinent literature at home and abroad concerning the toxic reactions and contraindications of antipsychotic drugs.RESULTS: Psychotic disorders were chronic disease,which need chronic use of antipsychotic drugs,while the sustainable treatment of this disease would be bombarded by the toxic reactions and contraindications and the drug-induced diseases involved in these drugs. CONCLUSION: In the chronic treatment of psychotic disorders with antipsychotic drugs,the mastering of theoretical knowledge,rational choice and use of antipsychotic drugs are of great importance for the lowering of toxic drug reactions,avoiding of drug-induced diseases,ensuring safe and effective use of antipsychotic drugs.
