| 摘 要： | 目的:总结掌握畜间布鲁氏菌病的流行特点,以把握、制定对该病的预防控制措施。方法:收集整理该县历史以来相关疫情资料并加以对比。结果:具有以下流行特点:布病呈点状爆发和流行,为传入疫区。以国营牧场和牧区的羊、牛感染、流行为主;经过多年反复的尤其是对羔羊和犊牛的检疫和免疫,采取"查、免、分、管、治"等措施,控制了疫情,并于九十年代初达到国家"稳定控制布鲁氏菌病"的标准。结论:跨世纪后,布鲁氏菌病疫情活跃,阳性率恢复达七十年代初期水平。

| Abstract: | Objective： Summary master between livestock epidemic characteristics of brucellosis, to grasp, formulate measures for the prevention and control of the disease～ Methods：Collect and organize the county history related epidemic data and comparing. Result：Popular has the following features：brucellosis is dotted and popular in coming area.in state-run farm and pastoral areas of infection in sheep and cattle and popular,after years of repeated especially for iambs and calves of quarantine ＂check,immune,clustering,management and immunity,treatment＂ ,measures such as, control of the epidemic,and in the early ninety＇s to the national ＂stability control brusellosis＂ standards.conclusion ：After the cross-century, brucella in an active, positive rate of recovery in the early seventy;s level. |
