嗅痛灵嗅剂的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立HPLC测定嗅痛灵嗅剂中细辛木脂素含量的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别嗅痛灵嗅剂中木香、细辛;采用HPLC对制剂中细辛木脂素进行含量测定,色谱柱:GL Inertsil ODS-SP色谱柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm);流动相:乙腈:水溶液梯度洗脱;流速:1ml/min;检测波长:287nm;柱温:40℃。结果:木香、细辛的薄层鉴别斑点清晰、专属性强;细辛木脂素在15.16744~75.8372μg呈良好线性关系。(r=9999,n=5),平均回收率为97.88%,RSD%为1.18%(n=9)。结论:本研究建立的质量标准方法操作简单、专属性强、重现性好、结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Objective To estai)lish a method for the determination of HPLC concentrations of lignan olfactory pain spirit snuff. Methods: TLC method of olfactory pain spirit snuff in woody, asarum; using HPLC to preparation of Herba asari lignin content determination, chro- matographic column: GL Inertsil ODS-SP column (5μm, 150mm× 4.6mm); mobile phase: aeetonitrile: water solution gradient elution; flow rate: Iml/ rain; the detection wavelength: 287nm; column temperature: 40 ℃. Result: The TLC spots Radix Aueldandiae, asarum clear, strong specificity; Herba asari lignin in 15.16744 - 75.8372μg showed a good linear relationship. (r=9999, n=5), the average re- covery was 97.88%, RSD% was 1.18% (n=9). Conclusion: The quality standard of the method has the advantages of simple operation, strong specificity, good reproducibility, and the result is accurate and reliable.
