肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术60例临床疗效观察

目的:探索肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术的效果和可行性。方法:对2013年1月-2014年5月于我院住院治疗的60例肛周脓肿患者均实施脓肿一次切开挂线术。结果:一次手术成功60例,治愈率100%,无肛门失禁,无后遗肛瘘者,疗程11~41 d,平均23.5 d。结论:肛周脓肿一次切开挂线术成功率高,既减少了患者二次入院手术的痛苦,又节约了医疗费用。
