| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桥小脑角区脑肿瘤的手术方法。方法对26例桥小脑角区肿瘤患者采用乳突后发际内皮肤切口，在枕部作骨窗约4×5cm，经枕下乙状窦后入路切除桥小脑角区肿瘤，观察其效果。结果26例桥小脑角区脑肿瘤，全切24例，6例听神经瘤与脑干之间粘连紧密，有2例与面神经、听神粘连紧密无法分离而不能全切。结论枕下乙状窦入路可在显微镜直视下切除生长于桥小脑角区脑肿瘤，是治疗桥小脑角区脑肿瘤的安全有效方法。
