干细胞移植治疗小儿脑瘫97例

摘    要:目的分析和总结应用脐带间充质干细胞治疗脑瘫患儿的运动功能疗效。方法对97例脑瘫患儿应用间充质干细胞移植治疗,同时辅助神经营养药物和康复训练治疗,平均治疗时间为25d;随访6~12个月,平均9.5月。应用脑瘫粗大运动评价(GMFM-88)、统计软件SPSSv18.0进行数据分析,对细胞移植术前、术后患儿的粗大运动功能进行统计分析。结果经过一个干细胞移植治疗疗程结束后,患儿自身对比的仰卧、俯卧、坐位、爬与跪、站立,以及行走与跑跳等粗大运动能力均得到不同程度提高。随访发现,患儿出院6个月后的各项运动指标也较出院时有明显改善。结论间充质干细胞移植是安全、有效的,可明显改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能;治疗效果以术后半年最为显著,但其治疗机理仍有待进一步探讨。

Abstract:Objective To analyze and conclude the motor fimction of cerebral palsy children patients undergoing umbilical cord mesenchymal stem ceils transplantation. Methods 97 cerebral palsy children patients undergoing umbilical cord mesenchymal stern cells transplantation. Neurotrophic factors and physical therapy were necessary. Investigate the healing process in 6~12 month, average 9.5month. Gross Motor Function Measure-88 (GMFM-88) was applied for motor function assessment: SPSS v18.0 statistical soft-ware was used for analyzing the results. Results After one stem cell treatment course, the motor functions of children patients improved at different levels comparing before transplantation; and the healing process were keeping improved after treatment 6 month and more. Conclusion Stem cell transplantation is safe and effective, which can improve cerebral palsy children patients' motor function significantly; the best effective curative effect after graft 6 month but therapeutic mechanism needs to investigate and research in depth in the future.
